Richly toned in even silver-gray with a pleasing, natural appearance and ample remaining luster for the grade. The surfaces are relatively smooth, with only modest high-point wear and no distracting marks. The No Drapery variety is a scarce and desirable issue.  The robust mintage of over 2 million coins is misleading, as this is a date we rarely see in any grade. This PCGS AU50 example offers strong detail throughout Liberty and the eagle with an attractive, well-balanced overall look.
