A beautiful example of this first year ‘Walker’ with vibrant mint luster over nearly perfect original surfaces. The flashy brilliant center on both sides has a faint champagne hue and is framed by a trace of russet toning at the rim. Super quality! Only 4 coins have graded numerically finer at PCGS.
A better date with a modest 138,500 minted. This is a well struck example with lustrous surfaces that are original and slightly granular (as this date comes).
Sharply struck with blazing mint luster accented by iridescent pastel hues. Outstanding quality and terrific eye appeal!
Well struck and lustrous with choice original surfaces and just a touch of high-point friction.
Well struck with mint red lustrous surfaces, which is seldom-seen on this better date.
CAC. Well struck with choice original surfaces that are lustrous and mostly white, with just the barest touch of high-point ‘rub’.
Mule. Well centered with strong color and paper that displays nicely for the grade.
A lovely high end ‘Gem’ that is fresh and bright. Great eye appeal!
Vivid ink rests upon bright original paper. Quite attractive.
