Sharply struck throughout, Lincoln’s portrait is crisp with strong hair and beard detail, and the reverse wheat ears are well defined. The surfaces exhibit a smooth lustrous brown patina with a reddish tint and subtle iridescent undertones of violet and gold, providing eye appeal that is outstanding even for this lofty grade.
