No Arrows. Very scarce and truly rare in high grade. Just 19 coins have graded finer than this lovely example at PCGS. This is nice original coin with green, gold, ruby, and blue toning on the obverse and a coin-gray reverse with light blue toning at the periphery.
Sharp detail with bright lustrous surfaces. Marks are minimal with none of the heavy contact marks that are typically seen for this scarce issue. Just 71,000 minted.
A beautiful example of this first year of issue ‘Three’. Well struck with silky smooth surfaces that are drenched in vibrant mint luster and display no significant marks. Outstanding for the grade and great eye appeal!
