Well balanced and broad borders surround rich black, red, blue, and green inks. The paper is as fresh as when it left the printing press. A high quality example, PMG lists only 2 graded finer, both ’67’.

An attractive note with ample margins, solid color, and moderate wear. Plenty of brightness still remains. A better Friedberg number, only 95 notes are known in all grades according to Track & Price. PMG lists just 8 known finer and a single 64 EPQ as the only note they have certified uncirculated.
