CAC. Sharply struck with smooth, satiny mint luster and pleasing light silver-gray surfaces. Strong definition is evident in the Indian’s braid and feather detail, with a bold bison reverse and clean fields for the grade. A scarce early-date Buffalo Nickel, further distinguished by CAC approval.
Intense nickel-white luster radiates across both sides of this beautiful Gem+ better date ‘Buffalo’. The strike is very sharp for this date which typically comes softly struck, and the surfaces are minimally abraded and extremely flashy.
CAC. Strong detail for the grade with choice natural gray surfaces.
A better date with a modest 138,500 minted. This is a well struck example with lustrous surfaces that are original and slightly granular (as this date comes).
