A very rare date with a mintage of 7,416 and fewer than 100 known. Most are well worn. This is a very attractive example with strong detail and problem-free clean surfaces.
Arrows. An incredible Gem that is tied with one other for finest graded at PCGS! The surfaces are silver-white and semi proof-like with strong eye appeal. A single pair of dies were used to strike 228,000 coins. They apparently saw heavy circulation as few survived and high grade survivors are extremely rare.
