Sharply struck design features with thick white frost are surrounded by deeply mirrored fields and produce a stunning ‘cameo’.  While the issue was produced in large quantity, exceptionally nice deep-mirror pieces are extremely elusive and desirable. Housed in an old green label holder.

Sharply struck on a date that often comes poorly struck. The hair above Liberty’s ear and the eagle’s breast feathers on the reverse are bold. Sharply struck with an intense white lustrous core framed a thin peripheral ring of gold, russet, and deep blue toning.

Dazzling brilliant and highly reflective fields surround lightly frosted devices. Nearly perfect surfaces display a subtle gold and ice-blue hue. None have graded numerically finer at PCGS or NGC.

Technically an overdate, but a late die state so the under 6 is no longer visible. This is a nice brilliant Gem.

VAM 2. Satiny white with some peripheral gold tone and a sharp strike. Flashy, original, and very nice for the grade.
