CAC. Scarce in any grade with a mintage of just 17,281. Most surviving examples are well worn. This is a nice original XF+ with solid detail and outstanding choice problem-free surfaces.

Capped Die. Sharply struck with thick frosty luster. Cream-white surfaces display a little champagne-gold along the periphery. High grade ‘Capped Dies’ are considerably scarcer than the ‘Perfect CC’s’ as the later was heavily represented in the GSA hoard.

Perfect CC. Very sharply struck with blast white surfaces displaying wonderful frosted design features and reflective mirrored fields. Great eye appeal!

Perfect CC. Frosty white luster and a sharp strike with just a touch of ‘rub’.

Capped Die. Well struck with satiny luster and a light golden-tan hue. Housed in an early green label holder.

Blazing white surfaces with thick frost and touches of light gold in the outer core and along the periphery. The strike is sharp and abrasions are nearly non-existent. Amazing quality and none have graded finer at PCGS or NGC!
