Closed 3. Satiny luster and a sharp strike with lightly toned nickel-gray surfaces.

Arrows. An incredible Gem that is tied with one other for finest graded at PCGS! The surfaces are silver-white and semi proof-like with strong eye appeal. A single pair of dies were used to strike 228,000 coins. They apparently saw heavy circulation as few survived and high grade survivors are extremely rare.

An attractive and well detailed example of this better first year Trade Dollar with natural coin-gray surfaces.

Arrows. Thick satiny white luster and essentially mark-free with a touch of gold toning at the rim. Outstanding quality and super eye appeal.

Strong inks blend well with bright paper. A pleasing appearance and nearly new.

Rich orange-gold luster with just a touch of ‘rub’.

Lustrous yellow-gold surfaces with flashy brilliance. The strike is strong with Liberty’s portrait displaying crisp hair and feather detail, while the reverse wreath is well rendered. Marks are minor and consistent with the grade, and the eye appeal is outstanding.
