A proof-only date that saw a mintage of 4,290 coins. This is an incredibly well preserved example with a needle-sharp strike, light frost on the design, and essentially flawless reflective surfaces. The coin is fully brilliant with outstanding eye appeal. None have graded finer at NGC!

A needle-sharp strike with frosted white devices and watery white mirrored field, giving this near-Gem a beautiful cameo appearance. A touch of gold toning is seen near the rim. Just 5,000 minted and more often seen as a proof.

CAC. Reflective medium brown surfaces project a rainbow of blue, green, gold and fuchsia hues when tilted and rotated. Great eye appeal!

Mostly red and very flashy with lime-green and brown hues.

Exceptionally well struck with sharp hair detail above Liberty’s ear and full breast feathers on the reverse. The surfaces are very choice with fewer marks than expected for the grade and those marks are minor and not offensive. Frosty white luster flows across both sides and the eye appeal is outstanding for the grade!
