A very attractive near-Gem with bright lustrous surfaces and a sharp strike.

Extremely well struck with every minute detail boldly presented on both sides. The surfaces are mostly red, blended with a touch of mellowed brown and marks are minimal and well within tolerance for the grade.

Nearly full red with frosted devices and an iridescent lavender hue.

One of the better known examples of this date, with vibrant satiny white luster over outstanding surfaces. The strike is needle-sharp and the few marks are minor and well within expectations for the grade. PCGS has graded just 12 coins finer.
