Arrows. An incredible Gem that is tied with one other for finest graded at PCGS! The surfaces are silver-white and semi proof-like with strong eye appeal. A single pair of dies were used to strike 228,000 coins. They apparently saw heavy circulation as few survived and high grade survivors are extremely rare.
