Sharply struck with vibrant brilliant luster and minimal marks.
Satiny white lustrous surfaces and a sharp strike.
“Goiter”, FS-401. An unusual variety! The obverse die sank at the area were Washington’s jaw and throat meet, causing a goiter-like bulge on the coins struck with this defective die. This is a very nice blast white example.
Blast white and well struck with strong skirt lines.
Well struck with nearly full skirt lines and strong head detail on the obverse, and bold reverse feathers. The surfaces are coated with rich satiny luster and display minimal marks, consistent with the grade.
