A pleasing example of this short-lived Type-2 gold dollar ‘type’, with clean surfaces and just light wear on the high points of the design.

The ‘Arrows, No Rays’ Seated Half variety was only struck for just two years with this being the only San Francisco Mint issue and by far the lowest mintage of the sub-type. This is an attractive example with solid detail and original toned surfaces.
