A beautiful near-Gem Quarter Eagle. The obverse is sharply detailed, with well-defined feathers and strong facial features. The surfaces display rich golden luster with vibrant cartwheel flash, enhanced by clean fields and only minor handling marks consistent with the MS64 grade. The reverse eagle shows crisp feather definition and strong legends.
