Extremely well struck with slightly mellowed mint red surfaces that are devoid of significant marks and spots. Tied for the finest RB graded by PCGS.

CAC. Outstanding quality with rich mostly white luster on nearly perfect original surfaces. Both sides are well struck although the center bands on the reverse aren’t full. Just a single FB and single non-FB coin have graded numerically finer at PCGS.
