CAC. A superb, high-end Gem boasting frosty luster and exceptionally sharp detail. The portrait and bison are crisply defined, with clean, minimally marked fields that fully justify the CAC endorsement.
CAC. Wonderful pebbled matte surfaces that are mostly red with a light lavender hue. Spotless and devoid of marks with exceptional eye appeal. Only 6 ‘red-brown’ pieces have graded finer at PCGS.
CAC. Bright yellow-gold luster on choice original surfaces. The strike is sharp and marks are few and minor. Outstanding for the grade, very nearly a Gem, and excellent eye appeal.
Kansas City District. A pleasing note for the grade with more than ample margins, strong color, and only light use. According to Track & Price, only 36 notes are known in all grades. Just 1 other note is at this grade level at PMG and only a single AU-53 grades finer.
Atlanta District. Great Emossing. Virtually new and well centered with strong color. A tough and seldom seen 1915 issue, only 94 notes are known in all grades according to Track & Price.
