CAC. This scarce date is the only regular issue Trade Dollar with a mintage under 100,000. The present example displays a very sharp strike on both sides and bright lustrous original surfaces. Outstanding for the grade with just a few noticeable marks and strong eye appeal. Housed in an old green label holder.

CAC. A beautiful first-year San Francisco Mint ‘Morgan’ offering bright, satiny luster and excellent overall eye appeal. Liberty’s portrait is sharply defined, with strong hair detail and crisp stars, while the reverse eagle displays bold feathering and clean fields. Minor, well-scattered marks are few and unobtrusive, fully consistent with the lofty MS66+ grade.
