Satiny white luster and a sharp strike with nice clean surfaces.
A rare and highly desirable key-date with the second lowest mintage in the series behind the 1916-D. Both obverse and reverse are sharply struck with band detail that many would feel deserves a FB designation! The surfaces are lustrous and bright, with silvery brilliance that accentuates the strong strike and promotes excellent eye appeal.
Blast white and well struck with no significant marks. A lovely example of the only Denver Mint ‘Morgan’.
Sharply struck with choice surfaces and satiny mint luster. Mostly white with just a trace of toning at the rim.
Frosty white luster and a sharp strike with beautiful clean surfaces.
Well struck with minimal trivial marks and blast white surfaces. None have graded numerically finer at PCGS with MS-66+ coins taking the top spot.
