A simply splendid early ‘Martha’ that looks newly printed. Vivid inks blend with premium brilliant white paper. A more than ample and well balanced border provides an excellent frame. The back displays the early ornate design. Only 3 notes have graded finer at PMG.

A tough brown seal ‘Tombstone’ that displays the early ornate reverse. Well balanced borders surround pleasing bright paper and strong inks. According to Track & Price  only 80 notes are known in all grades.

A tougher ‘General Winfield Scott Hancock’ note that exhibits great margins, vivid color, and wonderful premium paper. Seldom seen at this grade level.

A pleasing General Winfield Scott Hancock that is well centered and virtually new. Inks are strong and the premium paper remains bright.

The last variety in the type goes out on a high note. Borders are pleasing, color is vivid, premium paper retains full brightness and this is the only large brown seal in the series. Track and Price lists just 279 known in all grades and only 11 graded finer at PMG.

A wonderful early style Grant silver certificate with the always popular Morgan silver dollar reverse and a large red seal. The color is still strong and the paper has plenty of remaining brightness.

CAC. Deeply mirrored fields contrast beautifully with frosted, well-defined devices, earning this piece its “Cameo” designation. The obverse features a sharply struck Liberty with full hair detail and crisp stars, while the reverse wreath and Roman numeral “V” are equally bold. One of the better survivors from a mintage of 4,290.

Well detailed with light high-point wear and attractive nickel-gray surfaces that have faint underlying luster.
