The surfaces exhibit a smooth lustrous brown patina with a reddish tint and subtle iridescent undertones of violet and gold, providing eye appeal that is outstanding even for this lofty grade.
Sharply struck with vibrant mint luster and a beautiful bright orange tint. A better date that is available in the lower mint state grades. At this level or higher it is indeed challenging. Just 15 coins have graded numerically finer at PCGS.
