Large Brown Spiked Seal with Red Serial Numbers. Nearly balanced margins with bold inking and bright paper.

A very scarce variety in the series. Signature combination of Rosecrans and Huston. Large red seal with spikes and blue serial numbers. Only 58 total pieces reported in Track and Price. This note is solid for the grade, fully margined and comment free.
