Sharply struck with bright lustrous surfaces displaying modest frost and a vibrant cartwheel.

An outstanding ‘plus’ designated Gem with beautiful smooth white surfaces and very few marks. The strike is extremely bold and thick white luster drenches both sides of the coin. Just a handful of coins have graded finer at PCGS with a single 66+ topping the list.
