Portrait of General Philip Sheridan. A beautiful well centered note that exhibits strong color, bright paper, a fresh appearance, and would fit in well into a collection of higher graded pieces. Along with a large brown seal and an intricate design reverse, eye appeal is excellent and desirability is very high.

Portrait of General McPherson. A wonderful large brown seal note with the intricate earlier design reverse. This well margined example exhibits strong color and plenty of brightness. The note faces up excellently for the grade with strong eye appeal.

A lovely Treasury deuce with the early ornate back that exhibits nearly even wrap-around borders, strong color, and bright paper. Only very light folding prevents a higher grade. Great eye appeal!

Well struck with frosty white luster.

An outstanding ‘plus’ designated Gem with beautiful smooth white surfaces and very few marks. The strike is extremely bold and thick white luster drenches both sides of the coin. Just a handful of coins have graded finer at PCGS with a single 66+ topping the list.

Blast white and a sharp strike with scattered contact marks as expected for the grade.

CAC. Sharply struck with frosty white devices which create a nice cameo contrast to the deep watery white fields.

VAM-4, Tail Bar. Sharply struck with clean lustrous white surfaces that display a touch of high point friction.
