1899 $1 Silver Certificate Fr. 229a PMG Gem UNC 65 EPQ

Black Eagle. Fr. 229a was the first issue where the “Series Of 1899” was placed vertically at the right inside frame line and is the scarcest non-star issue in the series. Nice original bright color with vibrant silk fibers. Very tough in any uncirculated grade.
