CAC. A scarce proof-only date that saw a mintage of 4,290 coins. This example is sharply struck with beautiful bright brilliant surfaces.

A needle-sharp strike with frosted white devices and watery white mirrored field, giving this near-Gem a beautiful cameo appearance. A touch of gold toning is seen near the rim. Just 5,000 minted and more often seen as a proof.

CAC. Reflective medium brown surfaces project a rainbow of blue, green, gold and fuchsia hues when tilted and rotated. Great eye appeal!

Mostly red and very flashy with lime-green and brown hues.

Exceptionally well struck with sharp hair detail above Liberty’s ear and full breast feathers on the reverse. The surfaces are very choice with fewer marks than expected for the grade and those marks are minor and not offensive. Frosty white luster flows across both sides and the eye appeal is outstanding for the grade!

An outstanding strike on an issue that is notorious for soft strikes. Every detail, including the hair above Liberty’s ear and the eagle’s breast feathers, is bold and clear.
