An incredible matte proof with a needle-sharp strike and essentially perfect surfaces.Coated with a rich vibrant luster patina and accented with light hues of ice-blue and gold, producing remarkable pizzazz. A single 68+ coin is all that has graded finer at PCGS.

Chicago District. Well centered with great color and bright premium paper. Only a light center fold holds this note back from a much higher grade.
