A superb gem survivor from the early days of America’s smallest silver denomination. Beautifully preserved, this example shows bright satiny luster across nearly flawless surfaces with sharply defined design elements. A registry quality piece as the finest graded at PCGS are just fractionally finer at 67+.
No Arrows. Very scarce and truly rare in high grade. Just 19 coins have graded finer than this lovely example at PCGS. This is nice original coin with green, gold, ruby, and blue toning on the obverse and a coin-gray reverse with light blue toning at the periphery.
Outstanding for the graded with smooth lustrous surfaces and just a touch of wear on the high-points of the design.
A beautiful example of this first year of issue ‘Three’. Well struck with silky smooth surfaces that are drenched in vibrant mint luster and display no significant marks. Outstanding for the grade and great eye appeal!
