1839-D $5 Liberty – NGC XF-45

Just 18,939 minted and a one year type coin as the head of Liberty was redesigned for 1840. Also, very popular as a rare date from the Dahlonega Mint with the mintmark located on the obverse of the coin. This is an attractive problem-free example with solid detail for the grade and strong eye appeal.
