A scarce date with the lowest mintage in the series at 124,230 pieces. This is a lovely coin with flashy satiny white surfaces that display a strong swirling luster cartwheel. The strike is strong and there are very few marks and none that are significant or distract from outstanding eye appeal.
CAC. A beautiful Premium Gem that displays intense satiny silver luster across both sides, with crisp definition in Liberty’s hair and laurel wreath, as well as in the eagle’s wings and shield. Surfaces are exceptionally clean for the issue, showing only the most trivial marks under close inspection, while the eye appeal is outstanding.
