Lustrous surfaces show excellent preservation for the grade, with only minor marks and smooth, original texture. The strike is crisp, and the color balance leans more toward red than brown, making it especially desirable among red-brown designations.
Scarce in all grades with just 40,000 minted. This is a pleasing example with an original gray patina and strong detail for the grade.

A modest 120,000 minted but truly scarce in mint state as all the ‘S’ mint coinage of this era saw heavy circulation. This is a desirable example with lustrous satiny white surfaces that are free from significant abrasions.
