One of the rarest dates in the series with a mintage of just 1,300. This is a very nice example for the grade with virtually full mint luster, few marks, and wonderful yellow-gold surfaces.

Sharply struck with red and brown surfaces displaying an iridescent steel-blue hue.

Vibrant red hues are in the protected areas and blend into soft brown over the high points, offering warm, eye-catching appeal. Strong detail is evident in the headdress and the intricate reverse wreath.

CAC. A very scarce date with a mintage of 3,900, but most the survivors are choice. This coin is no exception as the surfaces are wonderfully original and very flashy with swirling luster and beautiful orange toning. The eye appeal is excellent!

A very pleasing example of this rare date which saw a mintage of just 20,770. Only 150 pieces are estimated to have survived in all grades, certified and raw. This piece has strong detail and nice surfaces with considerable underlying luster and bright yellow-gold color.
