Blast white with strong frost on the design creating wonderful cameo contrast. Just 3 have graded finer at NGC with a Cameo designation.

CAC. A pleasing brilliant proof with a bold strike and light frost on the design features. The tiny 510 coin mintage is lower than all but the 1884 and 1885 issues.
