The ‘key’ to a 1941-47 Short Set, with none graded numerically finer at NGC or PCGS. This coin displays a very bold strike with strong skirt lines and head detail, plus thumb separation. The surfaces are spectacular with intense blast white luster and no significant abrasions.

CAC. Blast white and an excellent strike with nearly full skirt lines and head detail on the obverse, and full eagle feathers on the reverse. The surfaces are flashy and choice with minimal marks.

An exceptional Superb Gem with blazing mint luster and razor-sharp strike. Both obverse and reverse display crisp, fully defined details, highlighted by bold Full Bands on the fasces. Smooth, virtually flawless surfaces and bright silver-white color combine for outstanding eye appeal. Just a single 68+ has graded finer at PCGS.
