CAC. Doubled Die Reverse. A ‘Redbook’ listed variety that is most noticeable in doubling of the eagles feathers. This is a rich satiny white example that is sharply struck with minimal marks.
A scarce Doubled Die Reverse issue showing clear hub doubling on E PLURIBUS UNUM and the eagle’s wing and feather details. Light, even wear with strong remaining luster and a pleasing silver-gray and golden patina.
Well struck and lustrous with choice original surfaces.
An excellent strike with full skirt lines and strong head and hand detail. The surfaces are coated with vibrant silver-white luster and are devoid of significant marks.
