Inverted Overprint Error. Richmond District. A scarcer district Bicentennial deuce with a striking inverted 3rd print error. Margins are more than ample, and both the color and premium paper are bright and fresh. A tough denomination to acquire errors and this one really stands out.

Type- 2. Blazing luster and very choice surfaces. None have graded numerically finer at either service.
