Evenly worn surfaces display a pleasing medium silver-gray color with slightly lighter high points and excellent contrast to the remaining design. The coin is well detailed for the Fine grade, with a full, bold date, strong peripheral lettering and considerable definition remaining in the eagle.  A very attractive, wholesome example of this scarce early issue.
