A scarce San Francisco issue with a mintage of 129,950 and a very low survival rate. This example displays attractive silver-gray surfaces with light, even wear consistent with the XF40 grade. Liberty’s drapery folds and shield lines remain well defined, while the reverse eagle retains strong feather detail and bold legends.  An appealing, problem-free circulated representative of a key early S-mint Seated Half Dollar.
