The 6 and 7 are dramatically re-punched above the primary date and are visible to the naked eye on this scarce Guide Book listed variety. This is a very sharply struck example with a glossy olive-brown base and just a trace of remnant red. It takes 5x magnification to find even a tiny mark, making the assigned grade seem very conservative.
