CAC. A superb Open 3 Proof with attractive golden-brown surfaces that reveal an iridescent turquoise hue when tilted beneath a light. The shifting color adds considerable character and eye appeal. The strike is exceptionally sharp throughout, with crisp shield lines, complete leaf detail and strong definition in the wreath. The surfaces are remarkably clean and lively for the Brown designation. The Open 3 is the scarcer of the two date styles, making this beautifully preserved high-grade Proof especially desirable.
