This scarce and highly desirable New Orleans issue retains excellent  silver-white luster, with only light friction on the highest points of Liberty’s hair and the eagle’s breast, and presents with a strong near-mint state appearance. Detail is sharp for the grade with smooth, original surfaces that show minimal marks, and none that distract from this coin’s excellent eye appeal.
