Strong satiny luster shines beneath attractive peripheral toning, with deeper russet color concentrated along portions of the obverse rim. The surfaces are exceptionally clean, while the strike is sharp with excellent definition in Liberty’s hair, the eagle and the reverse rays. A beautiful Gem example with distinctive originality and outstanding eye appeal.
