Liberty’s flowing gown, hand of branches, and skirt lines are fully struck with sharp detail, while the reverse eagle shows equally bold definition—well above average for the issue, which is notoriously difficult to find with such a strong strike. Graded MS67 by PCGS and approved by CAC, none have graded numerically finer at PCGS or NGC.
