A Back-To-Front offset printing error happens when a blank paper sheet misses the press. The wet ink from the back design printing plate transfers directly onto the impression cylinder. The next normal sheet then gets the intended back printing on one side and a faint, mirrored (inverse) impression of the back design stamped onto the other side. This note is a Choice example with a full offset and moderately dark inking.
