San Francisco District. Printed Fold Error. A fold in the note caused the Treasury seal to print on the back. The entire upper right serial number is missing from the front and can be found partially printed on the back. The right side district numbers have totally failed to print. Placed in the holder unfolded, the results of the error can be seen on both sides.
