CAC. Nickel-white luster and a sharp strike with nearly pristine surfaces.

A choice mint state example from the first year of the series. The obverse displays a bold strike with a sharp portrait and fully defined surrounding stars. The perched eagle on the reverse has fully defined feathers and there is strong luster across both sides.

Just 22,000 minted which is the lowest mintage in the series after 1907. This coin is attractive and nearly mint state with just a touch of ‘rub’ on the high points of the design.

Attractive and sharply struck, displaying original gold coloration with warm yellow-gold and subtle orange highlights, complemented by noticeable remaining luster that flashes across the fields. A scarce San Francisco issue in Mint State, displaying smooth, problem-free surfaces and even medium-brown coloration with traces of original mint luster. Well-struck with solid detail throughout and pleasing overall eye appeal.  Old green label holder.

Well struck throughout with 4 full diamonds. The surfaces are choice and mostly mint red, blending with soft brown.
