Surcharge “18-63” and “S”. Surcharge Inking Error. Scarce in high grade with only 3 notes reported finer at PMG. The inking error is most visible on obverse, right end center. Fully margined with coruscating colors.
Red reverse with design numeral “1” on the obverse. Portrait of the bust of George Washington, oval framed. A high quality example, with excellent margins, vibrant color and solid bronzing. Only 5 notes have graded finer at PMG.
Red Back. Hand Signed. Hinged with two small pin holes bottom right corner. A nice example of the much scarcer Jeffries-Spinner hand-signed note. It has decent centering on both sides, with solid ink and bronze color.
