An attractive near-Mint dime displaying soft silver-gray surfaces with delicate champagne and pale gold undertones. Considerable original mint luster remains visible across both sides, particularly around the protected areas of the devices and lettering. The strike is pleasing for this New Orleans issue, with Liberty’s figure and wreath details showing uncommon sharpness for the grade. A lightly circulated but highly appealing example of this important transitional “Arrows” type.
