R-5. Longacre’s French Head design with Lady Liberty wearing a crown of leaves with a ribbon draped around her neck, inscribed LIBERTY. The reverse has 50 CENTS in the center surrounded by a wreath. Struck in copper with a reeded edge. This is a beautiful example with a deep blue iridescent patina and mint red surrounding the devices.
